What You'll Do:

Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
Coordinate shipments, schedule carriers, and resolve issues in real-time.
Track, monitor, and negotiate with carriers to guarantee the best service at the best rates.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and external brokers to keep things moving seamlessly.
Review invoices, manage claims, and keep logistics costs under control.
Be the go-to person for all things shipping and carrier management.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in logistics/supply chain, ideally with US carrier operations.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Familiarity with Acumatica or other ERP systems is a big plus.
