Job Position: Omnichannel Platform Manager – Neptun International

Reports to: Digital Director - Neptun International Team

Location: Back Office, Tirana

We are seeking a creative and analytical professional to join Neptun International and play a vital supporting role in our omnichannel strategy, helping align business goals with local and global digital initiatives.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the owner of the digital commerce platform, including Intershop, PIM, and the integration layer.
  • Collect and prioritize requirements from all countries, transforming them into projects with clear road maps.
  • Manage the relationship with vendors, integrators, and technology partners, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle: requirement gathering, scoping, sprint planning, testing, and release.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to the UX/UI Designer and Fullstack Developer, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor platform performance, stability, and scalability, taking proactive measures for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals, local team needs, and global digital strategy.
  • Maintain and communicate the product backlog and release calendar to all stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by tracking industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Area of expertise preferred

  • Experience in retail, consumer electronics, DIY, or FMCG sectors.
  • Familiar with mid-to-large-sized companies and managing products with a revenue scale above 100 mio.
  • Proven experience managing ecommerce, digital commerce platforms, Product Information Management (PIM) systems, and integration layers.

Professional Experience

  • 5-8 years in product management, preferably in e-commerce, digital platforms, or technology-driven retail environments.
  • Hands-on experience overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle: requirements gathering, sprint planning, QA/testing, releases.
  • Strong background in vendor and stakeholder management: coordinating multiple countries, tech partners, and vendors.
  • Experience leading and coordinating small cross-functional teams, including designers and developers.

Key Competencies

  • Strong prioritization and roadmap planning skills to balance multi-country requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align global and local teams.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to monitor and improve platform performance metrics.
  • Proactive problem-solving and innovation driven.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and guide UX/UI designers and developers.
  • Skills in agile project management tools like Jira, Monday and so on.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of digital commerce platforms (Intershop / / Shopify Plus/ Magento).
  • Familiarity with API integration, PIM systems, and software development lifecycle.
  • Familiar with web technologies (JS, HTM, CSS and so on) and databases (MSSQL, MongoDB).
  • Comfortable working with Agile frameworks.
  • Ability to read and manage technical product backlogs and release plans.
  • Collaborative and cross-cultural mindset.
  • High adaptability to fast-changing retail and tech environments.
  • Strong customer focus and internal stakeholder orientation.
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.

Educational Background

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering.
  • Product Management certifications (is an advantage).
