Position Overview

We are looking for a 3D Animator skilled in Blender to create engaging, realistic safety animations and visual scenes related to construction sites and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of transforming technical and safety information intoclear, visually compelling 3D content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate 3D scenes illustrating safety procedures, equipment use, and worksite scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineers, safety experts, and project managers to visualize real-world construction processes.
• Model, texture, light, and render 3D environments, tools, and characters.
• Integrate animations into presentations, training materials, and digital platforms.
• Maintain consistency with company branding and communication standards.
• Continuously research and implement new techniques for realistic animation and visual storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator, preferably in an industrial, educational, or construction-related field.
• Proficiency in Blender (required).
• Experience with additional 3D or motion graphics software such as Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, or After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, lighting, and rendering.
• Ability to interpret safety concepts and visualize them accurately in 3D.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
