Lindner Albania subsidiary of Lindner Group is currently in search of the right candidates for the position:

• Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)

Description: Accurate preparation of the tender documentations and tender procedures. Responsible to fulfill the official documentation of the construction site which will be submitted in the relevant institution. Perform design and engineering tasks in the respective discipline and develop design documents in collaboration with the senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for checking and controlling all respective installation & services during construction for HVAC & Plumbing trade.
• Coordinate with all disciplines/trades involved.
• Technical evaluation, clarification and definition of the respective system requirements on the design stage and implementation stage.
• Assist with mechanical system design in a project engineering role with other senior engineer/s when available.
• Development of system concepts, calculations, system sizing and selection, specifications, and technical reports.

Kualifikimet

Requirements:

• Higher Technical for Mechanical Engineering / Hydro or Environmental Engineering and at least 5 years of working experience;
• Have a strong HVAC & Plumbing technical background, including extensive knowledge of all project phases (including studies, piloting, conceptual design, detailed design, construction administration, startup, testing & commissioning).
• Knowledge of operative normative documents regulating the construction process;
• Knowledge of the regulations concerning all applicable regulations governing the construction process, the costs of labor, materials and equipment;
• Excellent/Sufficient computer literacy: MS EXCEL, MS WORD, AutoCAD, MS PROJECT;
• Very good command of technical English, German is an advantage;
• Reliable and fast handling of figures and ability to work in a team and in collaboration with other teams.
